Fishing the Green

We just got back from the Green River and had a blast. I was super nervous to go down the river with Annie, even though the river is really calm. However Annie did just fine even though her life jacket bugged her the entire time.

The original plan was for me to go down the river once or twice and then maybe drive to Vernal to change it up a bit for Annie. Well everyday got better with Annie I just kept going everyday until the trip was over. I don't know if I became more relaxed or if Annie got a little more used to life on the river.

Annie enjoyed the water so much. She would get all upset when you took her little feet out of it. We all couldn't believe it because the water was freezing.

Adam brought his cute friend Camie with us this year. She is a total Gem.

This year was probably one of the best years for dry flying. Drew was in heaven. May I also say that i caught my first fish on a dry this year. I was pretty proud. Fly fishing is way fun. I can see why Drew loves it so much.

Kind of a cool photo.

Annie got a bath with a view. Man what a life!

Tending Fendi

Once in a while we get to tend the best dog in the world. Her name is Fendi and she is a goldendoodle. Everything about this dog is great. She is so funny and has the best personality. While we where up at the Measom's house I took some pics.

Discovering the Mirror

Swingin'.

Enjoying her freedom to crawl around. Grass doesn't bother Annie one bit. We not until you lay her down and her head touches it.

Standing up at 7 months?! What are we in for!

Dad is teaching her young.

Hunting for Sheds

I have been really wanting to go hunting for sheds. So Drew said he knew a place in the canyon and we all went on a little adventure.

It was a fun little break from our crazy schedules and it was so nice and cool up in the Canyon after this first wave of heat. Will we make it through the summer?

Moab 2013

Our Moab trip this year was a blast. However, it was a lot different with our little Annie. Lets just say it was a lot more work then past years. From packing what felt like our entire house to making sure we had everything we needed while on the trail, I was pretty tired after our vacation. Its almost like I need a vacation from our vacation.

Annie was a trooper! She loved every minute. From the wind blowing in her hair, to the bumpy jeep rides, she was pretty much all smiles the entire trip. Annie has always been such a happy baby. She will smile at your almost automatically if you smile at her. She is my bundle of joy. What would I do with out my little buddy?

During this trip Annie turned 7 months old! Time seriously does fly by. She is now crawling/scooting her way around the room and she can sit up all by herself. She is pretty proud. The other day I was sitting on the couch watching her play and she got up on her hands and feet. This is pretty normal, but it wasn't until she stood up in the middle of the room all by herself that made me almost fall off my seat. I think I will have to REALLY watch out when she starts moving faster.

This year Drew worked on his tires. He bought some new tires (well for us... KSL is pretty nice) for his Jeep and then realized they were a little to stiff for climbing rocks. So Drew went to work and made some bead-locks. Now don't ask me to much about these cause honestly i couldn't tell you much. But hey they look great and his jeep did really well this year so all was good.

Once again another successful Moab trip.

5 1/2 months

Annie is almost 6 months! She is getting to big! She is now sitting up, rolling over multiple times, and copying sounds that I make. I just want to squeeze her all day long... but she won't have any of it! No cuddling from her! She is always GO GO GO. We love our Annie Mae.

Stella and Annie

One of my best friends from High School, Camie, had a little girl about 1 1/2 months after Annie was born. It has been so fun getting together because we both have little girls so close in age. I hope that both of us will be able to live close together so that these little ladies can be best friends like we were.

We recently went to St. George with Camie, Ty and Stella. We has so much fun! It always is so laid back and relaxed hanging with the Raymonds. Some of the highlights of the trip were eating some of the BEST thia food, getting bubble tea (that didn't have bubbles...). Also eating treats like: Yogurtland and Sugar cookie are always a highlight!
